Delivery & Returns — Ukraine

For orders within Ukraine, shipping is paid by the customer upon receiving the parcel at Nova Poshta.No shipping fee is charged at checkout.

 

 Returns & Exchange 

We accept returns or exchanges only at the Nova Poshta branch during parcel inspection. 

For exchanges, items may be exchanged for the same product in a different color or size. Please note that each item in an order is eligible for exchange once only.

Please carefully open the parcel and try on the item before leaving the branch.

 • If you leave the Nova Poshta branch — the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned or refunded and exchanged.

 • If you choose courier/home delivery — returns or refunds and exchanges are not available.

 • The item must be in perfect condition: unworn, undamaged, with all original packaging.

If the item shows any signs of use or damage after the parcel has been taken from the branch, the return, refund or exchange will be declined.

1. Return Procedure

If you wish to request a refund or exchange, you must:

  1. Immediately return the item via your local post office to the original shipping address.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  2. Email us to notify us of your requested action (refund or exchange).
    • For exchanges, please clearly specify the desired color and/or size.

2. Order Eligibility Review

Once we receive your email, we will:

  • Review your order to determine whether it qualifies under our refund and exchange policy.
  • If your request meets our policy requirements, we will send you an email confirmation stating that the initial review has been approved and that we are awaiting the arrival of the returned item.

3. Inspection Upon Arrival

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return and exchange condition standards.

  • If the item meets our policy requirements:
    • We will notify you of the progress via email.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your original payment method and bank processing times.
    • Exchanges will be arranged, and you will receive updated shipment details along with a new tracking number.
  • If the item does not meet our return and exchange condition standards the refund or exchange will be declined :
    • The item will be shipped back to the buyer.
    • The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

                                                                                          

Delivery Time — Ukraine

Orders within Ukraine are delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch via Nova Poshta.

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on:

 • destination city or region

 • public holidays

 • seasonal workload of the carrier

 

International Shipping

For international orders, the shipping fee is charged at checkout.

Taxes and import duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, the carrier or local customs service will contact you using the details provided at checkout to request payment of applicable taxes and duties (if required).

The amount depends on your country’s regulations.

Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier or customs authorities and complete the payment in order to receive your package.

Returns

International orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Delivery Time

— Europe

Orders to European Union countries are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Rest of the world 

Orders to countries outside Europe are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks after dispatch. (We do not ship to Russia and Belarus)

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on:

 • customs processing in the destination country

 • public holidays

 • peak seasonal periods

 • accuracy of the shipping details provided

Delays caused by customs authorities or unpaid import duties are beyond our control and may extend the delivery time.

 

Order Tracking

For both Ukraine and international orders, after your goods are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.

Using this tracking number and the carrier’s website link, you can monitor the status and location of your shipment at any time.
